PayPlus+ is designed to provide a complete service with predictable and competitive costs. PayPlus+ offers payroll processing, bill payment and financial reporting services.

Unlike most national payroll services, PayPlus+ provides you with the benefit of the "float." Checks are written off your bank account, but are not debited until deposited or cashed by your employees. In the PayPlus+ payroll service, payroll tax payments are electronically debited from your accounts on the day they are due. This also allows you—rather than your payroll service—to benefit from the float.

PayPlus+ offers for free many services for which most national payroll services charge extra. For example, there is no additional charge for check stuffing, check signing, new hire reporting, or quarterly reports.

PayPlus+ Payroll Service Highlights:

• Poll hours from your stores—or you may enter hours over the Internet
• System updating for new hires, changes to existing employees and terminations
• Payroll checks printed with your signature, or employees can be paid by direct deposit or through cash card pay—all drawn from your bank account
• Payroll management reports and checks delivered to your designated corporate location
• Choice of owners’ and managers’ checks only or all checks stuffed in individual envelopes
• Checks sorted by location
• Payroll tax deposits electronically transmitted or paid by check from your bank account
• Quarterly payroll tax report preparation and annual W-2s (W-2s are an additional charge of $1 each)
  

Payroll System Features:

• Multiple checks can be issued to an employee in the same period, with taxes calculated differently on each check
• Employees can be paid at more than one rate for a single pay period
• Advanced Earned Income Credits (AEIC) are tracked
• Manual check calculation for terminations
• Supports 401(k), cafeteria and health insurance plans and will transmit information to NFA benefit programs such as Health+
• Tip reporting available for full-service restaurants
• Employee payroll history is available for all checks plus year-to-date and quarter-to-date earnings and deductions
• Updates for changes to federal, state and local taxing and withholding requirements
  

Payplus+ Bill Payment Service Highlights:

• From your approved invoices, we create two check runs each month
• Post and mail checks to vendors
• Provide a check register after each check run
  

Bill Payment System Features:

• Laser printed, signed checks drawn on your bank account and mailed to your vendors
• Vendor payment history reporting available
• 1099 Tracking from checks written

Payplus+ Financial Reporting Service Highlights:

• Bank account reconciliation
• Prepare and Post adjusting journal entries
• Compilation of Balance Sheet, Comparative Income Statement andCash Flow Statement

• Availability of detailed general ledger
• Daily backup of data with off-site storage and annually tested Disaster Recovery Plan
