Inclusion Advisory Committee (IAC)
The IAC ensures cooperation, education and understanding of diversity issues and their impact on the business and social interests of the franchise community and public at large.

Franchise Relations Committee (FRC)
The FRC oversees Burger King system development, Burger King Corporation policies, and issues relating to brand protection, franchise agreement, finance and leasing.

Governance / Oversight Committee (GOC)
This independent committee governs and oversees the NFA and its related affiliates. This includes monitoring and auditing policies and procedures.

Government Relations Committee (GRC) / Political Action Committee (PAC)
The GRC monitors legislative developments in Washington, D.C., and the state level where appropriate; informs the Board of Directors and franchisee community; and with the board’s consent, communicates the NFA’s position on various legislative issues.
The PAC, NFA’s fundraising arm, provides fiduciary responsibility; ensures Federal Election Commission (FEC) compliance; offers legislative advice; and contributes to campaigns and political candidates who support the interests of the Burger King franchisee community.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee governs and oversees the financial interests of the association and its committees and subsidiary corporations. It oversees staff who review and recommend budgets, report, audit and invest. The Finance Committee also reviews general expenses, as well as reviews and enforces benefit policies.

Image Committee
The Image Committee advises and counsels Burger King Corporation on “today’s image” of franchised restaurants. It advocates on behalf of franchisees on issues related to improving, changing and remodeling Burger King restaurants. These actions keep us current with national and local standards supported by the National Franchisee Association and Burger King Corporation.

Information Technology Council
The Information Technology (IT) Council provides franchisee input on Burger King Corp.’s growing technology initiatives.

Marketing Council
The Marketing Council serves as a location for healthy, genuine discussion with Burger King Corporation on myriad topics and provides a sincere exchange of ideas for robust enhancements to the overall positioning of the Burger King brand.

Restaurant Council
Focused on areas such as equipment, training and technology, the Restaurant Council maintains a collaborative partnership with Burger King Corporation around restaurant operations.
